The location of this hotel is excellent, with a nice creek on the property and plenty of restaurants and attractions within a 15-minute walk. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
No hot water for showers and no apology or offer of a solution. Room was in poor condition with a damaged bathroom door and overall uncleanliness.

Loved a refrigerator, a seating area and a writing desk in the room. The breakfast was included and consisted of cereals, yogurt, eggs and hot waffles. The location was comfy for my stay, 600 feet from Gatlinburg Skylift Park. There was mountains and a river right next to the place. This was my fairly nice stay for the price.

I had a great stay at the hotel for 3 nights. It was a perfect place to stay for exploring the area and attending a convention. The location was excellent, close to shopping and the convention center. The hotel staff was quick and accommodating when we needed to change out the fridge to store insulin. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely patio to enjoy the view. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable!

Had nice stay with the hot nights. The staff was courteous, doing great job. Cereals, yogurt, hot waffles and scrambled eggs provided in the morning. The location was marvellous and beautiful - ease of access to Bill Gladwell. It also was next to mountains and parks.

quality inn exceeded our expectations during our valentine's day stay in gatlinburg. the location was perfect, with a creek running through the property and the parkway within walking distance. the room was clean and comfortable, and the spa bath was a nice touch.
